What patients say on Google
“I have been to many psychiatrists over the years and am so blessed to have found Aster Mental Health. Dr. Campbell is very kind and empathetic. He explains things in ways that are clear and understandable. He then empowers you to use that information to make your own decisions while being there to support you along the way. Aster Mental Health keeps you informed about upcoming appointments and the virtual option is excellent. Thank you Aster Mental Health.”
“I am so thankful for Aster. Especially Kara. She has a very human, realistic approach and gives validation for symptoms I’ve previously been told were “just life” or “have you ever tried taking something off your plate?”. The practice itself is organized, the in-person setting is comfortable, and the telehealth setting is secure and convenient.”
“Immediately canceled my first appointment when I saw their billing policies. I'm not giving my business to a place that takes my credit card information and has me sign a form consenting to a laundry list of various things they can immediately bill me for without asking me first, including providers asking for prior auths and requesting refills outside of sessions. Getting mental health care is difficult enough without disgusting for-profit entities like this trying to pull the wool over your eyes when it comes to the costs associated with care. You'll be having none of my money, thank you very much!”
“I’ve been here nearly a year. This clinic’s biggest downfall will be their stupid and senseless policies concerning rescheduling appointments as well as their remarkable talent to make excuses whenever a valid issue is presented. Expect to have your card charged over and over because of things that have nothing to do with you. “Unfortunately, it’s just our policy” is always the response. There seems to be no decent communication happening between the practice representatives and clinicians. As a result you as a patient will suffer. They have failed to hold any regard for my circumstances yet I have had to give grace for providers who cancel same day consistently. Life happens. We get it. Give your patients the same grace. The people at this clinic had initially shown themselves to be decent people, but how decent can you be when you don’t consider your patients? Does kindness really exist when you don’t give your patients the same respect they give you? Remember you guys that at the end of the day this is a business. Your money is going into their pockets and you should be listened to. If you plan to start treatment here, be prepared to constantly be inconvenienced and come out of pocket over a policy that is unreasonable.”
