How likely are you to recommend Boston Neurobehavioral Associates (BNBA)?
What patients say on Google
“The office got my husband an appointment within a week. The zoom was easy to log into without issues. Therapist was very pleasant & helpful, asked alot of questions to get an understanding of what's needed. Sent his prescriptions over to our pharmacy right away. Would recommend this office, even after just the one visit.”
“My new provider/prescriber is very attentive and receptive to my needs. She listens to my concerns, and I feel that she hears them. I think this is very important to be able to establish confidence and trust. As an Orthopedic PA; I find it refreshing to know that I am being heard and that my input concerning my health matters. Thank you Bill Reckley”
“My experience with the therapist was good, no complaints for the most part. However, my disappointment came to communicating scheduled appointments. I asked several times to send an email with my appointment schedule along with the Zoom link and only use text to set reminders; which repeatedly fell on deaf ears. I got the sense that the schedulers didn’t know how to send or didn't have the ability to send emails. Additionally, I reported by phone and text that I was experiencing an adverse effect with a prescribed medication, within three days of starting it. I totally understand this happens, so I stopped taking it . However, what I consider unacceptable was that fell on deaf ears, I never received a call back to address it . It wasn’t addressed until 2 1/2 weeks later during my follow up appointment wth the therapist and it sounded like it was the first time she had heard about the issue.”
“Franklina’s compassion and attention to her patients is unmatched. Knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and has been very helpful as I navigate an early-adulthood ADHD diagnosis. Reception and billing staff are also kind and easy to work with. Never had any issues.”
