“Greenbrook has been amazingly helpful for me. I’ve been doing my Spravato sessions there for about a year after a poor experience elsewhere. This place restored my confidence in this treatment option. The NP, Mary is super nice and it is an inviting atmosphere. There are separate cubicles for each patient with recliner, lamp, and table. The staff are attentive and friendly. They don’t dismiss concerns like my previous place. The two technicians that oversee the sessions are great. Janice is super kind and makes people feel comfortable. Hayden is very welcoming and also accommodating to my needs like putting my headache ice band in the freezer when needed. Most importantly, I feel safe and comfortable during treatment there which, in my opinion, is essential when doing any treatment in which you are not at full capacity. I can’t recommend this place enough!”

“I was disappointed with my experience. Before my appointment, I completed a phone consultation, a video consultation, and all of the paperwork. I also told them ahead of time that I have a perfume/fragrance allergy that triggers migraines, and I was told there were private treatment rooms. When I arrived, I found that the treatment area was actually one large room with recliners separated by curtains. I asked what would happen if another patient came in wearing heavy perfume and I was told they wouldn’t be able to accommodate me. I understand that not every clinic can meet every patient’s needs, but I really wish this had been explained before I spent the time and made the trip to the office. If you have fragrance or environmental sensitivities the Spravato treatments here may not be accessible to you.”

“This place is awful! They lied about my blood pressure monitor so they could give me the treatment that day. They also changed my scheduling every single week so I wasn’t able to have a continuous line of care. It’s really disappointing ! I also reported them to the state (Greenbrook TMS) for fudging blood pressure scores so they can administer it to their patients! Sincerely a patient at Greenbrook for over a year! (I have picture proof that the blood pressure on my monitor was different from what the clinician told the provider!) I was 144/ 87 and she went and said 133. This is extremely dangerous because there’s supposed to be following risk evaluation mitigation strategies which they are not.”
