“Three issues: 1. Office sent the bill without statements. 2. Called the office, speak on behalf of our daughter which she is not available at the moment. The office lady didn't even try to ask what is the issue but rejected the call right the way. Very bad services. 3. Patient is on the same medication but the office keeps on demand booking appointment. I don't mind once a year but force us to make appointment every 3 months in order to get the same medication. This office is sure want to make money out of patients.”
