“I would be cautious to use Lifestance again after having a terrible experience with Hannah. She doesn’t fully seem to understand the meaning of a mandated reporter and thought it was a good idea to call CPS after having told her that I smoke weed recreationally and have a child. She never inquired if the baby was in danger, abused or neglected. Luckily, CPS thought it was a joke as well, so they never visited. But it doesn’t change the fact that I now have a file with them. She is unprofessional and clearly has no idea about substances as well as the role of a mandated reporter. This is dangerous and she could have ruined my (and my families and babies) life. Please be careful if you choose to go with this organization.”
