“"Intake" is absolutely awful. I'm on a medication that if I stop abruptly it could be fatal. Knowing this they just moved along like I was another number. Never going to call from the doctor they didn't even have my insurance sent over from intake on the date of my appointment. They asked for my ID card on the day of my appointment and then proceeded to tell me that my co-pay was over $400. Very shady!!!!”

“Wasted my time telling me they don’t have any providers after filling out the lengthy intake. My insurance also lists many providers from LifeStance as accepting new patients so I’m really confused.”

“Not a specific review of Franklin but of LifeStance in general. Scheduled an evaluation for our son and they were six month out for an appointment. In order to even schedule we were asked to provide his insurance info and it was confirmed. A week before the zoom appointment they contacted him regarding insurance saying it was not active. I contacted them explained same insurance but his plan had changed. I re-uploaded his card and info on the required portal. Same company, patient id# etc. asked if there were any questions or issues to please contact me directly. No contact was made! 2hrs before the meeting they contacted my son, who had taken time off from work for the evaluation, as did my wife. They had not dealt with the insurance issue! I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone being bounced around to multiple people. Put on hold for 30 min and finally told they cancelled his evaluation. They would not even allow me to pay out of pocket for the evaluation. They had six months and waited until 90 min before the session. My son was understandably completely stressed out. This is an organization claiming to be leaders in mental health care?Shameful!”
