What patients say on Google
“Mental Health Counselor is so very kind & insightful. I have struggled to find someone to support my wellbeing, but I have found a great therapist thru LifeStance.”
“Most unprofessional mental health organization in Boston. They forget to bill your insurance and then come after you threatening collections if you don't pay for their clerical mistake. $150 fee if you need to reschedule a 15 min check in. If you're coming to them for help with ADHD they will only take your money and then actively make it worse. Their providers are ok, but their processes and management make it a horrible experience.”
“verry unprofessional the counselor i saw brought up both politics and religion on her own and made her views on them verry clear. we got into an immigration debate because she again needed me to know how she felt about it, out of the blue, and I'm assuming that's because she profiled me the second i walked threw the door and assumed i was not like her. i felt that i was dealing with her trauma instead of us dealing with mine and i didn't like the fact that she kept assuming i would have a problem with her accent when i am a first generation American raised by Portuguese immigrants even if i don't look like it.”
“So far I am very happy with my therapist as well as my prescriber. They take their time with me and do not rush. They are very thorough and friendly. It’s my first time in therapy and she was very easy to talk to”
