What patients say on Google
“Been a patient since 2015, started off good but now I would never recommend. Terrible communication playing phone tag trying to refill prescriptions. Patients shouldn’t be the ones calling around to numerous pharmacies to see if their prescription is in stock, to only then have to call back to have the office to leave a voicemail to send it there. There should be a system in place for when a medication is out of stock. A mental health facility shouldn’t be making it harder for their patient. Disappointed I hate to write this.”
“I should have come on here a while ago and made a review. The New England Center for Healthy Minds has been able to provide me everything I need to get and stay well. I have been a patient since about 2021. I have virtual visits with a nurse practitioner anywhere from twice a month to once every 3 months. My provider has been very consistent and has helped me find stability. He worked with me through many ups and downs. I read some other reviews here and it sounds like some people try reaching them by phone with very little success. I on the other hand have never tried them on the phone but find their patient portal to have a very responsive messaging service. I have never once had a problem reaching my provider, getting refills, or communicating with the office about payment and insurance. I would recommend my provider to anyone. Thank you NECHM!”
“To actually have your provider CARE about you and your life . Kristy Hadley is amazing at her job . She’s has always listened to me , It’s not just a 5 minute conversation. She is the best prescriber I’ve ever had .and I’ve been struggle with mental health for 20 years,”
“I wrapped up TMS here, which is a type of therapy that bonks magnets on your head that make new neural pathways and legitimately changes the way you think. Sounds too good to be true? Well, it's not. I have several mental health issues that most medicines could help, but only for so long until I'd have to up a dose or go on a different medication to get any more results. I tried to get ketamine as a solution to my major depressive disorder and BPD and anxiety but it never can to fruition. I'm so so glad I didn't get ketamine. This therapy is literally 20 minutes a day for less than 3ish months. That's it. You sit in a chair, put on this helmet that maps out where your sadness is, and what I can describe as a little bonk from the helmet on the top of the head does the work for you. I noticed a difference in the way I thought immediately. Like, driving home that 1st session. I loved meeting the TMS coordinator, Julie. She's the best, really caring and understanding. Sam who works there is genuinely the nicest person. Shes incredibly empathetic and also cares about helping people who feel hopeless and doomed, see the good in life again. I 20/15 recommend this place and type of therapy. Also, Mass health paid for it! Sam, Julie, if you're reading this, I'm waiting for my call to girls night 😂”
