What patients say on Google

“Northeast Health Services has been entirely non-responsive and has failed time and time again to uphold their timelines and call backs. I was to have an intake appointment - Doctor no called no showed the appointment (I've never had a medical provider just fail to show up or notify me if something happened) - after about 10 min of waiting I called in and asked if I was missing something or was doing something wrong. Was told no, and that I would get a call back by the end of the day. -Never got that call Called back the next morning - advised of above situation and was told that I would get a call back by the end of THIS business day - Never got that call Called in a THIRD time the next day - told AGAIN about above situations - Was told I'd get a call that day AGAIN. STILL NO CALL UNTIL THE NEXT DAY After the intake appointment, I was told I would be contacted by the department that handles insurance and benefits by the end of the week (was told this on a Tuesday and that I'd get a call back by Friday). - Did you guess it? Yeah - didn't get a call from that department Followed up today (the Monday after) - Attempted to call the front desk, and there was no answer. I left a message asking to be called. Waited 4 hours. No call back. Called again and was told by the desk I need to give a call to a different number, and rather than transferring me over there, they gave me the number and told me to call them. Calling them now - and I've been waiting on hold for a representative for over 10 minuets now and there still has not been an answer. If I wasn't so far into the process, I'd switch providers. But hopefully this review reaches someone so that they don't sign up for services through Northeast Health Services - their standard of care is clearly poor. Save yourself the time and the effort... Go through somewhere that cares and that will actually follow up. Update: after waiting 15 minutes in total on hold - I was told I was directed to the wrong place and need to EMAIL a DIFFERENT department. What a joke 2nd update: Finally got in contact with someone, only to be told that my appointment was set up at the wrong location (was set up for Boston office when I specified I'd like to attend the Danvers office), and now I have to call a different office”

“I have found connecting with Northeast Health Services and receiving services as smooth processes. I like the fact I need to call in for certain matters and talk to a human and that they also have virtual services to balance it out. I’m grateful to my therapist for how I’ve grown through our sessions.”

“Very accommodating when making the initial appointment, no long wait and friendly office support staff. Comfortable waiting rooms. The doctor's visit was great - Erin interacted face-to-face and was genuinely compassionate and earnest.”

“Absolutely love this place! I have the best team. Rose Ojo is wonderful and always on the ball! Amanda Richards is amazingly caring, thoughtful, and insightful. And probably the best administrative staff of any facility, they are prompt and handle any problems/requests expediently.”
