“Failed to tell me that the therapist I was seeing was an inexperienced student. I understand that lots of folks are fine with that, but I really needed someone with extensive experience. Patients should be told and allowed to make that choice. The young therapist I saw mentioned that Northeast just places people with whomever has an opening. They don’t actually try to match you with someone you’ll be successful with. Also, front desk staff is EXTREMELY rude.”
