“Getting there is a nightmare coming from 128 south. And with all the construction on and around Needham street is awful. But after finding the building and getting inside it was ok. Nice looking new place. Getting up to the office a little confusing. We couldn’t find your name on the wall were other names where. But my husband seen the word psychiatry so we pushed the button so that it got off the elevator and found an office with two young ladies talking together in one of the offices we can asked if we were in the right place and they said no we needed to go one floor up. We said thank you and we went to one flight up. The office was nice and clean in the ladies behind. behind the glass partition were very nice and very friendly. They said the doctor will be with us shortly. And she was. She was very professional and very kind looking and she listened and you feel comfortable right away. I wished she had an office closer so we could talk face to face in the same place. That it folks. Thank you and please have a good day.”

“I’m so thankful this place was recommended to me. The company I was going through closed down and I hadn’t had much luck with my previous psych providers- I never felt like they cared and nothing we tried was working. I am SO grateful that I was paired with Robert as my psychiatrist. He is amazing. He is everything you could want in a psych provider. Non judgmental, easy to talk to, compassionate, realistic, actively listens. I can’t say enough good things about him. A true gem and a provider who is really doing it because they care about individuals struggling with mental health. In such a vulnerable field my experience has overall been the complete opposite- it was hard to find someone who seemed like they actually cared and didn’t come with prior stigma or judgements. THANK YOU NEHS & ROBERT UPDATE: Since Robert left NEHS I have been struggling with the psych providers I have been matched with. I was matched with one, had one appointment, and they told me they were also leaving the practice. The next one I was matched with (after one appointment with them and already having an established medication regimen that had been working well for me with my previous provider for 1+ years, AND taking and completely passing the drug test they required me to take) wanted to change everything that had been working for me and helping me, I’ve tried a lot of meds and was sick of it. I was happy on the regimen I was on. It was a complete 360 from my prior experience with Robert not only from a treatment standpoint but also lacking in professionalism, compassion, and showing interest or empathy. I didn’t feel like my concerns or opinions in my own treatment mattered. I ended up finding a new provider with a different company. I will say that I have had a great experience with my therapist Mariah and have very much enjoyed working with her, she’s wonderful.”
