“Came for my appointment, only to be told that the doctor wasn't there. They'll bombard your email inbox with appointment reminders, but they won't bother to notify you if your appointment is cancelled. They didn't even bother to apologize when I got there. Over an hour round trip drive, for nothing. EDIT: You clearly don't recognize how important service is if you can't even bother to notify people that you are unable to accommodate their appointment. You could not care less about the quality of your service - you didn't provide a service at all!!!”
