What patients say on Google

“I was at one of my lowest points when I found Victory Bay. The entire team from the receptionist, to the providers are compassionate, knowledgeable, and understanding. I've never once felt judged or blamed here which is something I've experienced in past therapy. I feel challenged, seen, heard, and genuinely cared for with this team. As my first time in group therapy, I was intimidated at first but quickly felt accepted. I've learned so much not just coping skills but how and why my brain works how it does. I have the tools and understanding to live for the first time in years, not just survive. Cannot recommend enough!”

“I’ve been in Victory Bay’s teleheath program for a few months now and I can’t praise it enough. Their therapists are all incredibly insightful, and I’ve consistently gained a lot from both group therapy and 1 on 1 sessions. I definitely would recommend their program to any demographic of folk seeking help.”

“I had a really positive experience in their IOP program. The schedule was structured but manageable, and the groups were actually useful not just “go through the motions.” The counselors created a supportive space where I felt heard, challenged, and respected, and I learned practical coping skills I can use in real life. The staff was responsive and genuinely cared, and the accountability helped me stay consistent. I’m grateful for the progress I made here and would absolutely recommend this IOP to anyone who’s serious about recovery.”
