“This is an extremely unethical practice. They DO NOT return messages or calls. My medications were left unfilled for months! I suddenly stopped all my medications because no one was responding to me. They have the audacity to charge me almost $200 for an appointment that I canceled! They continue to bill me and for what? For NOT returning my messages and forcing me to stop my medications? HORRIBLE. They wont return ANY of my messages or calls, so hopefully this review gets their attention and they stop billing me. If you want proper treatment and a company that actually helps you, look elsewhere.”
