How likely are you to recommend Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers?
“Great Experience from the Administration with Chris Kalil to Dr. Morin and his Tech staff of Samantha and Holly. All were excellent. Chris was key to getting my treatment underway. Dr. Morin is very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my individual situation and made accomodations to my treatments where needed. Holly and Sam are fantastic. They are professional, personable, attentive and very knowledgeable of MDD and OCD. They made me feel extremely comfortable and always made sure the system was monitored and that I was doing well. They both genuinely care about their patients. I very much appreciate the entire Greenbrook staff for what they do and for how well they do it. THANK YOU!”
“I’ve struggled with Medication resistant depression Since I was 12 years old. I am now 30. All my life I thought I was gonna be stuck like this, that I would always suffer from depression and that was it that, that was gunna be my life. I hit rock bottom I hit the lowest point I ever had in my entire life this past year. It got so bad I lost hope and everything I couldn’t eat, I couldn’t sleep, I lost interest in all the things I love to do, Nothing I did helped… Therapy, medication, new hobbies nothing… it became to the point where everything became too much and I didn’t wanna be here anymore.. I couldn’t stand to feel like that.. I saw an ad for Greenbrook On Facebook it was my first time seeing anything like that. I was so desperate willing to give anything a try to not feel like that Anymore. I booked my appointment and got approved when in for my first session was hesitant, Nervous, And was really unsure it was gonna do anything, I really didn’t have much hope, But I still wanted to try, First two weeks ago by not much has changed, But by the third week, I noticed a small shift they said for me it was early on that I was feeling anything And like I said it was small, but I felt lighter. I felt happier. I didn’t feel as sad, For the first time since I was 12, that was my first glimmer of what life could be like without my depression hindering me every second, And that sliver of feeling gave me the hope that I needed to continue on with my treatments and as I did so with every treatment, I felt myself get better little by little every day I was waking up feeling better than the last. Not only did this treatment fix my depression. It also fix my sleep. I am now sleeping through the night without waking up. I feel well rested and I have energy in the morning which my entire adult life I never had. I was having stomach issues before those cleared up because I guess stomach issues are also linked to depression and anxiety. I don’t have brain fog I can think a lot clearly I don’t have the impending doom feeling over my head anymore, Light like I can breathe, I feel the best that I have in a really long time. Tms saved me. Greenbrook saved my life. Thankyou to my Tms team Sam, holly, and Dr.Morin, You have treated me with nothing but kindness, Concern, And compassion. I had my last treatment today and can now proudly say I am 100% depression free! Thankyou so so much greenbrook for saving my life! Just a reply to the owners yes feel free to use my comments and review!”
“I am rating this office four stars, primarily due to several concerns I experienced at the outset of my treatment. Patients are ostensibly permitted to bring their phones, and staff do not have jurisdiction over that; however, they will immediately offer to put on a television show. I would strongly advise against requesting any news programming—particularly Fox—because you will promptly be informed that political content is not permitted. When Chris, the manager, was contacted, he clarified that all news channels should be considered off-limits because they may provoke emotional responses that are counterproductive for both the patient and the technician. With that said, I believe the office should consider removing a particular flag displayed above the desk, as items of that nature have no place in any medical environment. I have never encountered such décor in any healthcare facility I have attended, nor do I believe it aligns with the stated desire to avoid politically evocative material. I completed the full 36-session TMS protocol. Regrettably, it did not yield improvement for me personally, and I am not comfortable pursuing the alternative nasal-spray treatment the practice offers. I want to emphasize that Sam, one of the technicians, is exceptional. She is extraordinarily attentive, genuinely empathetic, and provided the emotional grounding that allowed me to continue the course of treatment. She is, without question, the brightest aspect of this practice. Holly is pleasant as well, but the level of personal engagement and sensitivity Sam provides is truly unmatched. Additionally, there was one session with Holly where the coil was incorrectly placed, which resulted in my entire hand shaking. I had to point it out myself before the adjustment was made. It was visibly apparent, and I am unsure why this was not observed immediately, as monitoring for such indicators is a fundamental part of the technician’s role. Patients are offered two follow-ups—the first at two weeks, the second at two months—with their psychiatrist, Dr. Morin. I chose to decline these appointments, as the treatment was ineffective for me and I was not interested in pursuing their alternative modality. Despite my personal outcome, TMS has been transformative for many people there, and this office is certainly capable of delivering beneficial care—especially if you are fortunate enough to work with Sam. Her compassion and professionalism are truly unforgettable, and she remains, in my mind, the heart of the practice.”
“My experience with Greenbrook TMS has been very positive and I highly recommend them. Every person I interacted with, from the consult coordinator Chelsea, the psychiatrist Dr. David Morin, and the techs, Sam and Holly, were highly professional and had warm, caring attitudes - which to me is essential, and especially since I went to them during a very dark period of my life dealing with severe and treatment resistant depression and anxiety. I appreciate Dr. Morin clearly explaining the difference between Brainsway and NeuroStar and his transparency during our consult while I was choosing where to get TMS treatment. Sam and Holly made me feel very welcome, comfortable and relaxed on each of the 46 sessions I attended. The world’s best receptionist, Jovie, was also stellar at her job. If I ever need to be re-treated, I would definitely come back.”
