“I am disgusted and horrified regarding this practice. No one should even think about going here. I have several mental illness and past seizures I have been treated for. During receiving treatments I was not prescribed my medinevon time calling in many times. During receiving treatments to this I had three seizures in twelve hours that almost cost my life dr Bandai should be held personally responsible for this. It almost caused me to die. The staff is very rude i tried to directly get ahold of the doctor several times with a callback. I am going to contact the state board of Medicine to investigate immediately the conclusive behavior of the doctor and seek termination of his medical license. My cousin is on the state board. So please everyone don’t be fooled at first by his great reviews because read deeply. They are all not good. I hope he gets suspended immediately for practice medicine again my experience almost cost me my life.”

“I have been a patient of Dr. Abdou's for several years now. After using many different pyschiatrists over my lifetime she has been the BEST by far! Very kind, down to earth, very easy to talk to & work with. To say the least she always treats me like a person not just another number on the patient list.”

“I had a very disappointing experience with Sherrie Urena. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, but after waiting over 30 minutes without being seen or receiving clear communication, I asked for an update. The interaction that followed left me feeling dismissed and uncomfortable. I felt the way my concerns were addressed lacked the compassion, professionalism, and sensitivity I expected from a mental health provider. There were also comments made during the interaction that I felt were inappropriate and judgmental. Seeking mental health care requires trust and feeling heard, and unfortunately that was not my experience. Afterward, I saw that other patients had shared similar concerns in reviews, which was upsetting because patients seeking mental health support deserve to feel respected, safe, and listened to. I chose not to continue care with this provider and hope feedback like this encourages more compassionate communication with patients in the future”

“The care I rcv'd from provider was certainly adequate. However MAJOR issues with zoom appts. Last appt I was given a code to use to login, when that time came, did not work, only voicemail at office. No followup. Still billed for the appointment. 2nd to last appt: 3 consecutive days of sitting on the call waiting 45min+ each day with providet not joining. Multiple calls to office. 3rd day the provider joined, but was 45 min late. I told office I should not be billed for my 3 day consecutive time-suck. Still billed. Emailed provider and office with no followup. Portal credentials no longer work. For the money they make for 10-15min of care, this is ridiculous.”
