What patients say on Google

“I am so grateful and impressed with the services, support, and care at BNBA. Every phone call is answered promptly, politely, and with the most care. Speaking with Amir today reminded me to write this review - his help, calmness, and dedication to the job are evident and consistent across all the employees I've interacted with. Working with Ernestina has been life changing. I was previously treated at Northeast Health Services, bounced around prescribers, and with inconsistent diagnoses. Upon transferring to this practice, they have listened, conducted testing and exams, and incorporated my feedback and my questions. I am so thankful for this team, and can't recommend them enough! BNBA will leave you feeling heard, supported, informed, and extremely optimistic.”

“Horrible communication, still haven't even received my results from my recent ADHD diagnosis even after so many calls and emails sent (even my pediatrician sent some with no avail!), everything was so confusing and I could not understand the guy's English who was meeting with me. would not recommend at all. I was very disappointed with how it went considering they have so many 5 star reviews. Even the billing was a mess and I somehow overpaid.”

“I've been with BNBA for about 10 years now, first with Dr. Mohammed Munir and now with Lauren Stanley, PA. The treatment plans have worked wonderfully well for me, never had a problem, and both providers were exceptionally attentive and easy to work with. Absolutely reccomend BNBA.”

“Hi good morning so I am deciding to do this survey now let me just say for the most part. I really really really like Lynn Galvin. She’s been great and I haven’t had any issues and I’ve been well for a couple years and that says a lot because I was really really sick for a long time. !! OK, so I wrote out what I wanted to say but it was too long so I’m attaching screenshots of what I wrote to the pictures or whatever cause I can’t fit it here… Laurie”
