The entire staff is so kind and caring and honestly without their help I wouldn’t be where I am today. “It’s such a shame that the face of the business, Misty, has such a backing from the other staff. She’s been nothing but abrasive, verbally abusive, and dishonest. I’m working with a different staff member now to resolve the balance they care so deeply about, one I only have due to previously approved insurance claims getting denied after the fact while I was unaware and continued to be offered treatment. My provider was good, but I’m not supporting a business who treats PATIENTS like this. I see that the responses to the negative reviews always include something hinting at the issues being the patients fault (contact info, miscommunication). So, let’s see what comes here. If Misty put a tenth of the effort into self-awareness and professionalism that she did into her aggressive and mean demeanor, maybe I would trust this provider🤷‍♀️”

“Great to see that Dedham Consultation Center is so active in responding to its Google reviews! However, they are much less active when it comes to making sure that your prescription is refilled in a timely matter: I personally have had to contact the office three times in the last four months to get a prescription filled. If you want some practice in self-advocacy, this is the place for you! If you're more interested in getting necessary prescriptions filled in a timely fashion, start looking elsewhere. (I am!)”

“I actually should give 2 separate reviews. I have been with this business for quite some time now and up until recently, have had no issues. I am happy with Charlotte - however, the office/billing end is what I’ve been hired to do in the past, fix it! I had a balance but never received invoice/statement. I was under the impression this no longer had copays so I didn’t think of it. Suddenly, I’m told my scripts couldn’t be sent in. Now that is scary! Why is it suddenly an emergency? If they simply sent me a statement I wouldn’t be writing this.”
