“If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This company is a complete circus. Every time you call, it’s a new NP, a new admin, a new receptionist… at this point, I’m convinced they hire people during lunch and they quit before dinner. I’ve had to switch providers almost 10 times because nobody sticks around. You spend more time introducing yourself than actually getting care Nobody knows what’s going on. One person tells you one thing, the next person tells you something completely different. It’s like they train their employees by playing a game of telephone. And let’s talk about these bills. Somehow my balance keeps getting higher and higher every single month. At this point, I wouldn’t be surprised if they started charging me for breathing the office air. Every statement is a new surprise, and somehow it’s never in my favor. Communication? Horrible. Organization? Doesn’t exist. Customer service? Don’t make me laugh. You’ll get transferred around so many times you’ll forget why you even called. This place has more turnover than a fast-food restaurant. If you’re looking for consistency, professionalism, or people who actually know what they’re doing, keep looking because you won’t find it here. Save yourself the stress, save yourself the money, and most importantly, save yourself the headache. You’ll have a better experience arguing with a brick wall than dealing with this company!!!”
“Savannah and Ashley are so AWESOME. They have made coming into TMS so low stress, and im always in a better mood after my sessions. I'm seriously going to miss you both and am so thankful for your help with my depression and anxiety. I wish I could keep coming in just to have the good vibes everyday!!! Thank you for being awesome, and I will miss you both so much!!!!”
“If you are a mental health patient or somebody from your family is ...it is best to avoid this establishment.. While I do agree the doctor and nurses were mostly professional and if it was just them at this facility I would still be a patient there. It is the staff that does not treat patients with dignity and respect. I had two different staff members, on different days, treat me like dirt! It made it clear to me from these interactions that they do not care about their patients. All they cared about was over talking the patient so that they could get their point of view across, when they are just staff they don't make medical decisions, they don't make any decisions other than to treat patients like dirt. Furthermore they lied to me .. yes lied.. and they were unprofessional. I had to get a drug screen and blood work before a treatment could start, I had the drug screen done at their facility on the 26th of the month, They got those results back on the 30th.. They almost denied me medical coverage because they i.e. the Staff, Kept telling me I needed the blood work done before I could have treatment done.. That was incorrect, what I needed done, according to the doctors and the facility directors, was the drug screen which had already happened... So they treated me like dirt repeatedly for something systemically wrong with their management and logistics in their own facility.. Unbelievable! Furthermore they were almost going to give me that treatment when they thought they had not received the blood work or the drug screen regardless of their policy... so they contradict themselves at every level… This could be deadly for a potential patient when they don't even know what this facility is doing regarding drug screens and bloodwork. Also Unbelievable and unprofessional.. When I was first told I would need bloodwork I asked if I could have it done at my laboratory that I preferred that's five minutes from my house the nurse practitioner said yes, There was some confusion about that they had to send the order 2 to 3 times and it still was not done legally or professionally by this facility staff. That quickly escalated into this facility telling me that if I wanted to get the blood work done I had to do one of two things.. Get the blood work done where they wanted me to get it done... Or go to a different doctor and ask them to write an order for the blood work to get done on a procedure that that doctor would not know anything about and then once the bloodwork was done NBC could get the paperwork that way.. This was not a mistake ...I literally asked 3 to 4 times if this was correct ..because that blew me away ...there's nowhere in Massachusetts where a doctor cannot write a blood order for a patient to get it done where they want.. unbelievable... so unprofessional... Avoid this place trust me!”
“Unfortunately recent events in my life have caused me to have depressive episodes and I missed 2 appointments via telehealth. The telehealth appointments were great for my chronic migraines since usually I could tolerate them just enough to get through the appointment and not have to endure a ride to the office. I normally don't miss appointments and always apologize. This isn't the norm for me. tried to schedule another appointment and was told I was terminated. There goes all my mental health progress. I'd say find another practice. Can only do so much to keep yourself afloat and being terminated for missing two appointments in one of the worst times of my life is just not okay. Especially if they're main thing is mental health.”
