“I would give 5 stars if I were solely reviewing my therapist. She truly was my saving grace helping me through the hardest year of my life. Harmony bay on the other hand if far from harmonious. I cannot count how many times I had to call and dispute billing issues. I haven’t been with harmony bay since December and I’m even still to this day getting year old statements billed to me.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Harmony Bay. It was extremely organized and efficient. I set goals with my therapist during our first session which made it so much easier to talk through things and feel like I was working towards something and actually making improvements. My therapist was extremely kind, empathetic and nice. I really enjoyed working with her and felt comfortable being honest, especially when it came down to feeling like I accomplished my goals and no longer needed to attend sessions. I would definitely recommend Harmony Bay to anyone seeking this type of help.”

“I wish I could put zero stars. my telehealth therapist would be on her phone scrolling, not pay attention to me, sit there in silence after I spoke, and offered me absoutely no therapy, guidance, or care. After submitting a complaint about my therapist and asking to not pay for the balance of the services I WASN’T provided, they refused to disregard the charges or fix the problem in any way. Michelle Bernard-Danielson, the “Compliance Analyst” was absolutely horrible and is the one who rejected my complaint. This business is ONLY after people’s money and do not care at all about their clients mental health. highly dissatisfied and disgusted with this company.”
