“So far not impressed. Giving Lifestance the chance to make it right before I go back to my doctor and ask to schedule me for a different place all togther. In less than 1 month I was canceled on by my therapist. After my schedule session was suppose to start. First time she fell behind. Second time she was apparently suddenly sick and left me waiting for almost 10 minuets before letting me know she could not make it. If it was the other way around you guys charge me a fee because you cant fill the spot. But when your medical professionals do it after the appointment started, I lose out on the copay. A needed therapy session, my own time and its not like I can replace on the spot with a different therapist. I am SOL. I told my therapist thos was the second time she canceled and I dont feel respected or valued. I run a very busy operation and this is peak season for us. I ran out of work at 5pm and left work for the weekend so I could have thos time because of how important it is. My time is clearly not valued and clearly my proffesional side isnt wither. Im disappointed. Its so hard finding a therapist these days that actually cares Update end of July. No call from a manager no refund just ripped off. Stay away”

“The person i made the appointment with was rude i couldn’t hear them a couple times, probably my phone and they snapped at me. “Can you not hear me”. As someone calling for a therapist appointment i find that alarming. My therapist was a very nice woman but i felt like it was unprofessional that she was in bed and it felt more like just chatting maybe that would work for someone super casual but i need something more formal.”
