“I had a referral for this clinic from my primary care doctor and I knew I should have canceled the appointment because I had a bad feeling about it. Unfortunately, the doctor I saw on Friday to discuss my sleep issues we did not click. She seemed more concerned about my anemia than she was about anything else. I felt rushed and dismissed while trying to discuss my sleep concerns. Her bedside manner was unprofessional and left me upset, and I ended up crying during the appointment, which I don’t think should happen when you’re seeking care. I do not wish to continue care with this provider and I’m hoping to switch to a different doctor within the clinic. For patients dealing with fatigue, feeling heard matters, and that wasn’t my experience here.”
