“Got treated like an addict for simply switching to them, was unable to take the drug test they demanded I do because they refused to do the correct paperwork which they intended to punish me for because of their "mistake". Then I was forced off an old medication for safety reasons, it wasn't meant to be used long term. I was fine with that. But then I got put on a new one, and the "doctor" immediately took a one month vacation despite admitting he should have seen me in 2 weeks to check on me and adjust it if needed, which it needs. He then waited for my appointment, then threw me out and had a fit and claimed he didn't want to be my doctor anymore and hadn't for over a month, but never canceled the appointment, never transferred me to a new one and now I'm stuck with bad medication and no way to get refills reliably. Did I mention he was also preventing me from getting my old medications and put a 'do not fill until X date' note on it every month, and got the day wrong leading me to run out entirely repeatedly and left unable to fill them despite having scripts due to those incorrect dates because I guess they can't count. I asked him if that was policy and he said no, he just doesn't like me... I then complained, got sworn at by the clinical director, insulted, laughed at and hung up on by her. Philipe Betances is a terrible, abusive person who enjoys hurting and belittling people just to have power over them, and the management said I'm mean for asking for refills without a do not fill by date and for actually wanting a doctor to monitor the medications after prescribing them and not be left with literally nothing for over 2 months, or to be informed of the doctors canceling appointments or planning to throw fits for their entire month long vacation. I tried asking management for help, they've gone silent after I was told they'd get the area manager to call me. So now I just have to publicly call them all out. Update, they gave me a predator for the 2nd doctor who literally told me he wanted me to take 12 times my current dosage of my sleeping medication in the morning and at night to turn me into a vegetable or zombie and take me off the one medication that actually works because he didn't believe anyone on earth should ever feel angry or raise their voice... I wonder how many people he's drugged and had his way with. I refused to be one of them which made him very upset. Just 50 mg causes me to be groggy and unable to wake up correctly, and he said he was going to jump me to 600 mg that very second, or else... this place is not legal.”
