“Dr Patel doesn’t really care about you. She literally makes you pay top dollar to tell you “if you go to talk therapy or group therapy (to talk about my deep trauma) I’ll be better in just two weeks!” She’s unable to productively receive faxes that were sent from my old Dr. even tho her sent it twice. Her and the staff has given me multiple wrong numbers to call and fax. No one can get you an apt soon, and she just doesn’t really care when you have a concern about how she billed you as a regular health visit she starts telling you billing codes. Very disappointed”
