“LifeStance has moved to a system where you CANNOT access your link to your Telehealth appointment without providing payment, and it's not possible to pay a custom amount. That means if they get your copay wrong, there is nothing you can do and YOU ARE LOCKED OUT OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. I had to call my local office directly and luckily the receptionist was kind enough to give me the direct zoom ID number for my provider. I don't think I need to explain how disgusting this practice is, and combined with their completely inept billing department, I strongly urge everyone to stay away from them. I have been told twice that my billing issues were resolved, after hour-long phone calls, only to see the next month's bill have an entire new set of errors, even on previous appointments. Even the therapists themselves don't have anyone at the company they can call on behalf of clients, so they don't have any influence. This company is horrible. Please find help elsewhere, for your own sake.”
