What patients say on Google

“This review will likely come across as bratty and entitled, but it's been on my mind even years later, and I just feel I need to say it. I was charged 400 dollars from this place just because I missed a virtual screening with the practitioner, which I feel is unreasonable and even predatory. While I understand a small fee helps respect the practitioner's time, 400 is over the top. It's an order of magnitude beyond what similar health care professionals charge. Not only that, this was a virtual call. The provider or admin could have easily just reached out to me (as is also done at other health care offices). But I perceived no effort to reach me. I support ensuring the provider's time is well spent, but I have to assume that since the provider's time was not in jeopardy with this virtual call. I assume the provider continued on with doing other things they felt was worth their time. Therefore it felt almost as if they were glad that I missed my appointment. They gained 400 dollars from me without having to do anything on my behalf.”

“My therapist is fantastic. The organization may be fine. The notifications system bothers me/contacts me too often. I've got to verify the appointment 5 days before the date and it asks me to "check in" multiple times.”
John Fremer
“First time ever didn’t know what to expect didn’t know what to say or if I was ever be able to open up wasn’t easy I think I talked so fast cause I was nervous but she was so kind genuine interested made me feel comfortable and it was short but I’m looking forward to our next meeting actually so just a thank you from me .”
Elizabeth Marrero
“Customer representative Miriam at Hingham MA CVS on South Street should be acknowledged for her excellent service. She is patient with elderly patrons like myself. She treats customers with respect and dignity in a pleasant way.”
