“The only reason I’m giving it three stars is because my psychiatrist is amazing. I’ve been seeing him for years. I was on the waitlist for therapy for years. It took so much convincing to even get me to agree to therapy. After I finally got into therapy I was assigned a therapist. After less than a month she told me we only had a few sessions left and she was leaving. I appreciated her heads up she was great. My second therapist I had one session with and then I went out of state. Then every other appointment after she cancelled. Then they called me and told me she no longer worked there out of the blue. They assigned me a new one. I had one appointment with her. We talked about my fear of her leaving as well because of being passed around between two therapists in less than two and a half months. She said if she was going to leave she’d let me know but she didn’t plan on it but if she did I could always go with her. Mind you this was our first meeting. Our next session she tells me right off the bat she’s leaving. No time to prepare or transition or anything. She offered to let me go with her. But I was put off by the 180 in a week. After years of being on the waitlist and three therapists in less than four months I’ve given up on therapy by being disheartened and feeling discouraged and discarded. They clearly don’t treat their therapists well enough to make them want to stay. It’s unfair to people who depend on the psychology department and are trying to get help. I’m really disappointed and won’t be trying therapy again for a while.”

“I give them a five because when I first went there they treated me like a normal human being I was very desperate to come off a medication that I have been on for a very long time for approximately 10 years thank you Dr. Jules for Helping me with that and Ashley her nurse for setting it up for me even though things took a turn for the worst and I was sick with Covid they still tried to get me there .
