The care I received from my psychiatrist alone was more than enough to make up for the issues with therapy (I get it mistakes happen) they deserve nothing less than a 5-star rating just based on my experience with chase alone. “I’ve been in therapy since I was four years old and this place is honestly has some of the best people that I have ever worked with for therapy and psychiatry. They’re very kind and very able to treat you with respect which is few in between for psychiatrist, never mind therapist in this day and age. I had switched over originally because my psychiatrist was really angry and I didn’t wanna deal with that anymore because I have genetic problems with medicines, but this place made me feel welcome and at home and I love this place so if you ever want a really nice place to go for therapy and psychiatry, this is honestly one of the better places to choose!”

“You will not be able to get in touch with your provider outside of sessions. My provider was great. However, Northeast Health is strictly for profit, this company doesn’t care about patient care. They give their providers way too many patients because the more patients per provider equals more money for the company. My therapist from a different company could almost never get a reply from my provider at NorthEast. You HAVE to have your meds refilled during your monthly appointment, because it will take them a week or two to refill your meds because the providers are too over worked. Most of the positive reviews for this company are fake. Just sad what Massachusetts has become”
