“I am just starting to get my life together after beng a Psych patient in the UMass system after 20 stolen years. I don't think I will ever really come to terms with it. They were mostly always pretty bad, but became noticably outright weird and sinister sometime around Covid19, the data breaches, the AI research division, the record setting profits, and "UMass Chan." Avoid. 😬 Update: According to a Worcester Telegram & Gazette article from July 13, 2025, they were investigated by the feds, but, "no deficiencies were ultimately found." As for me? I'm doing significantly better, far from this organization, but I will ALWAYS regret seeking help from these people and for so long!”

“Treated like prisoners, they just stuff you full of meds until you act right. The only good people in here are the care takers, the doctors are horrible and play mind games with patients to make them stay longer. I write this as a sane ex patient who was then transferred to mclean which is the best in Mass. Do not let your loved ones stay here!”

“They have had my daughter in their care for 2 weeks and never heard from the Dr. Was passed around from person to person. If you want great communication this is not the place. I hope Kevin Whitley will read this maybe he will change his ways.”

“Worse hospital in America if there was a zero 🌟 star or negative starts they would receive from myself and my daughter who stayed here for the 10 day program.
